My daughter's sundae was not made correctly (no communication between order take and person making it). When I requested the missing topping be added to the top, the lady that made it got huffy, threw it away, made a new one, then handed it to my daughter without looking at or acknowledging her. VERY poor customer service, people skills and team work by this individual.
