RecommendedAnyone eating low carb or keto, deluxe bacon burger no bun. Since I had a half hour drive I asked for it on a plate rather than the normal cardboard box. So helpful, friendly, and polite.
Today I stopped at Culver’s and after ordering realized that I didn’t have my card and let them know that I must have left it at home and would run home to get it. They VERY graciously stated that it was on them today! THIS is what customer service is all about. Humbled and grateful. Thank you Culver’s staff!
Great frozen custard, and the hamburgers aren't bad either.
It’s hard to eat somewhere when you know workers that are constantly being harassed and their claims have no effect on managers or the owner. It’s probably time to update your harassment policies if you refuse to provide them. Or you could just listen to workers who are being harassed at work and at home by the same workers they originally reported. Had a great experience going through the drive through today. Great people taking orders who were professional and friendly and Jessica came RUNNING out with my order with a huge smile on her face. There is an employee who is very happy in her job and the smile was contagious!! Wonderful visit to this store!

Every time my husband orders a snack pack meal for me with a small side salad they leave the french fries out. Tonight my husband had to pull all the food out of the bag to prove there were no fries. By the time he got the fries and headed home, the rest of the food was cold. Just wondering why they do this. It's most annoying!!!!!
Worst service from store owner won't go again we ordered our food ate our whole meal till he realized he forgot to bring us the rest of our order came over to apologize said he would go make it right away 5 minutes went by still nothing we had two kids with us so we were trying to hurry wife went and waited in the truck while I waited at the counter another 5 or ten minutes until staff was able to locate him to finally make it.
