Husband waited in drive thru for 15 minutes for a cheeseburger meal & a salad! When he got home there was No onion rings in the bag! I called & spoke to a manager she said she would send me out a free onion ring! I asked her how that could be free when I paid for it! She's sending out a free meal! Had the same issue back in December & they said the same thing! Never received anything so I'm not counting on it!!
We go here atleast once a week and every time at least one of our burgers is still pink in the middle. Weve broyght them back and had them remade multiple times but this is getting to be a little much.
Was not very happy last night with Culver's ordered 2 deluxe burgers and a couple sundaes to go got home and both of the burgers on mine and my wife's sandwich were no bigger than a silver dollar not happy with the price and the sandwich very up set
Good food, great service. Employees are always so helpful.
Good food. Long wait for food but wasn't upset cuz it was lunch time on a Saturday.
