Every time I have been in here everybody is extremely helpful and super nice. All of the flavors I have tried so far are great. And the non dairy food is good as well ;)
Lately every time I go through the drive thru it's a 15 plus minute wait no matter what time of the day. I thought drive thru was suppose to be more speedy than this. Maybe have more staff on hand??
Order had multiple problems, my husband went to complain and the female manager literally flipped out, turtle flavor of the day had pretty much vanilla custard and pecans only. Very disgusted...

Disliked seeing an employee wearing gloves and touching lots of stuff. Makes me wonder how clean the gloves are when my food is being cooked. Otherwise good food and friendly people.
It will definitely be a long time before I visit Culver's in willmar... not only was my meal over cooked the young kid that brought out my meal was walking and talking like a handicapped person. .. very very distasteful ...
