Only came here because daughter wanted it but will never happen again! Horrible service! I ordered 1 meal and was told to pull up behind other car waiting infront of me. Did so. There was by the end 6 other customers behind me that I had to deal with honking, saying rude things because I couldn't move etc. That's not even the wrost part! All those people had been waiting along with me and was served there food before us! I had to go in and see what was going on. I don't know what happened to this place but the food & service has gone down hill. We will not return. Stay away from Culvers on SE 14th.
In Culver's handbook it states you need to wear a belt. The young man at the Culvers in Des Moines, Iowa on SE 14th desperately needs his pants pulled up. This is a family friendly restaurant & I didn't think this was appropriate attire. Culver's strives on hospitality & making you feel welcome. With this young mans pants showing his bottom isn't portraying that message. And they had him interacting with the customers & taking out the drive thru orders & his whole bottom was showing.
Food is always good, but the service at this location is almost always lousy. Other locations are on the ball, but this one is just not in the game.
