I've had several issues. Many times I pay for bacon to be added to my cheeseburger, I get home and there's no bacon. Tonight my daughter bit into her chicken sandwich and there was mold on the chicken.
First thing I notice is the entire staff wearing gloves. Ok cool. Then I notice the cashier runs our card hands it back to us then proceeds to put my lid and straw inside the cup and hand it to me. No change of gloves and she had just helped the customer before me doing the same thing. Went through drive thru and we had to repeat 4 times what we wanted to order the kid working the drive thru kept repeating our order wrong so we told him we would come to the window and order he said ok then when we got to the window all three people work the window turned their backs to the window and walked away. Called in to complain and the woman didn’t seem to care .
make sure when they give a customer their number and tell them to park that it is actually the number for their order. Very disappointing to get home to a plain cheeseburger.
Recommendedwent for lunch with my husband today. it was his very first time and he was very impressed with food! I'm always impressed! one of my favorites! We were very impressed that they had gloves on! Thank you for your service!
Spent all day at work to come home get my kids go to gymnastics pick up meds from Walgreens to tired to cook so we go to Culver’s it’s 830 at night. Get home around 9 which I hate for my kids to eat this late but the entire order is messed up.. when I lift my sandwich out they didn’t even wrap it and it falls to the floor.. when I call to complain they tell me to bring the food back and they will remake it.. the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.. not only wasted my 50 dollars but food was horrible

when i go thru drive thru...its because im strapped for time. i called to let them know i didnt get a couple of sandwiches i paid for...2 employees told me to come back to get them...as i explained i was already home...the night manager interrupted me to tellnme to just come back
