They handle drive thru very poorly. They have everyone pull forward on both sides which would be fine except it completely blocks the road so no one can get past when they get their food. You have to sit and wait forever for the cars to move out of the way. It was made a lot worst tonight when a guy got mad because they made his order wrong. We had to wait forever for the food. The mushroom and Swiss burgers were dry as a bone. Will not eat there again and if I do it will be a long long time from now.

Very clean and friendly place to eat I love there fries
I'm not a fan of fast food but I had 2 tired toddlers who were not about to wait for us to get home and then for me to cook. So there we were at your drive thru window. And let me just say Damien needs a raise. He was patient and helpful and so upbeat. And I was not. :) give that boy a raise! (Or man, I'm old and he looked young but no insult intended.)
Manager took my order, I ordered a chicken sandwich with a basket. Got no fries. Went and asked for fries, another employee gave me them- they were cold! Then the manager Came To My Table and told me that I had not ordered a basket. Very dissatisfied with the service we received. Will not eat there again.
On 6-26-17, I sent this email to the store and have not heard any thing back from them. This store must not care. On April 15 we came to your restaurant spent $39.01 ordered a triple meal only got a double and ordered a double but got a single. Called talked to the manager. Gave them name and address said they would mail coupons and as of today we still have never received anything from you. I don't believe this is good business. You got my money and didn't give me what I payed for. Deb Alloway
