Big fan of Culver’s but this location has terrible customer service! Went to get a cup of custard. Asked “ what is the flavor of the day?” The person taking my order points to the sign and says to me “it’s up there.” Then they make the custard cup. When ask “ who does it go to?, the response from the order taker is “ that guy.” Really that statement you what to use in describing your customers as “ that guy?”
Good quality food and clean eatery.
Speed of service was great considering how busy it was. Colton on drive through ran out to us when he realized the syrup was out in our drink and got us a new one! Really great service :)
great meal really like their chicken tenders and my grandson likes their corn dogs my boy is really enjoyed the Butter Burgers
The staff here is very professional and helpful. This location is very well-maintained and kept clean. The food is prepared well and overall very tasty. �
Watched “Lucas” lick the ice cream off the side of the cup on the malt he was making, along with wiping it with his fingers and licking them, then going right back to making food. When I refused the malt, he was very rude about remaking it. Our food was cold by the time we finally got the malt. SO glad I didn’t go through the drive thru so I could witness this disgusting behavior and refuse the first malt he made. One star is one star too many. Please fire that disrespectful child.
