My husband and I went here 09/14/2019, around 10:15pm. The customer service WAS AWFUL. They took our order, and kept forgetting what we had ordered, and kept laughing and messing around on the headset! When we got up to the window, they gave us the wrong size drink. After they gave us our drinks, 15 minutes pass, and someone comes to the window, asking what we ordered. Like, really? You forgot? We were the only people in the drive thru! Ordered a concrete ice cream with hot fudge and this is how it was served to me. When I took it up they said that’s how it is cus it has hot fudge. There was zero ice cream in this cup that was not melted. It literally was soup. I’ve never had ice cream with hot fudge that was just chocolate soup. Not cool
Good is great. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff
We have been back many times since. Great custard shakes and butter burgers and of course cheese curds. A taste of Midwest.
After the girl at the window tried to pass a cake cone off as a sugar cone, she proceeded to tell us that putting sprinkles on an ice cream cone was a favor because of the cone issue and "don't expect it every time". Needless to say we won't be going back based on the service alone.

I’ll never eat frozen yogurt again. Woman who took our order was very helpful, we’d never been to Culver’s so she took the time and explained every thing. No stores in Oregon yet, but it won’t be long.
