Rude employee at the window today at 12:27. Dude was lazy. We had a free ice cream coupon after a $50.00 that he didn't want to honor a free scoop of ice-cream when they give them out free without a purchase. His attitude about it was terrible. Never going back. They forgot my items that I paid for.
Pretty decent food for a fast food grab. Messed up my order a couple times, but was prompt to set it right. Good quality meat in the burgers and chicken sandwich is pretty tasty. Freshly made to order is a plus.
I've been following the carnivore diet and have consistently received great accommodations at various Culver’s locations, including this one in Byron Center—until today. The young staff were kind and helpful, doing their best to assist me. However, when they double-checked with the manager on how to ring in my usual order (individual beef patties with cheese, ordered à la carte), the manager abruptly stated, "We don’t do it that way anymore."
