Ordered a double butter burger received one and a half cold patties and soggy fries. Apparently their food is premade and not made to order anymore. Will not be returning to this location..
This culvers has always been fast and produced good food. On the rare occasion I've gotten a special order or instruction missed here, they've quickly remedied the issue without complaint. We've been coming here for years and I'd not yet written a review, but last week they handed me a free tub of custard on my way through because it was about to expire. This burger didn’t have hardly any flavor cost $10 I regret buying it it was a waste of money
