The last two times I ordered a Concrete Mixer at Culver's, I asked for just one ingredient... and they got it wrong. Coco-Puffs instead of cheesecake? They fixed it, so I'm not mad as much as puzzled. Are the employees high? (I'm afraid to find out.) ONE ingredient is too hard?? They need to take a hard look in the mirror and try to figure out how to fix their order fulfillment. This is a chain-wide problem.
I've been here several times. Drive thru service is extremely friendly. Never tried eating inside. "Curbside" is terrible. Twice I ordered online. You tap on an email when you arrive to let them know you're there. Both times I waited 20 minutes and nothing. First time I went inside and after about 5 minutes they "found" my order.
