Prince was rude
Ordered food for 4 at the drive up and it took 35 minutes before it was brought out. Then one of the items was wrong took me another 30 minutes to get it fixed. The staff was overwhelmed, no leadership was present, watched the clerk apologize to a guest for the long wait when asked for a refund clerk could not make it happen, just told the guy to take some frozen custard from the freezer instead. I have seen and received some bad service before but this place takes first prize today.
Don't waste your time. Pick any other fast food place and save your money and your taste buds. Just waited 40 mins for our food after ordering then they forgot the whole kids meal. Food is more bland than a sheet of copy paper. Ordered the mushroom swiss burger and there was one half of a mushroom on it. You're kidding right. The cheese was like plastic, and there was not even a wisper of a condiment on it making it dryer than the middle of the Sahara. First and very last time for us. Fool me once.
They're almost always super busy when we go and I understand why. Its really good! The employees so far have been very nice amd helpful. We are getting one closer to home soon and I can't wait!
