Culver’s is a great restaurant, this location is not. Several times me and my coworkers have ordered food online. The website provides you an estimated time the food, and I typically plan to be there 10-15 after, so I don’t have to sit and wait. Almost every time I arrive, the food is not ready, sometimes even standing around for 20 more minutes, coming out to 30-40 minutes to make 4 meals. This occasion was especially offensive.
