Really gone downhill since Lisa left. Management doesn't care about anything aside from how they appear to the outside. High turnover for management, and we haven't had a consistent maintenance team since Lisa left, so things never get fixed. Half the time your issues are ignored or they tell you to call emergency maintenance yourself. Just comes off as lazy.
