The dental care here is amazing. Dr. Avi, Dr. Levy, Dr. Moradi and their staff are amazing.
Try not to be rude. Hanging up on telephone calls with customers is really bad form. Return telephone calls and/or emails. Offer fair pricing for customary services. Customers shouldn't have to walk away before receiving an updated proposal with fair pricing. Follow through on commitment to handle insurance billing and retain documentation so that issues that arise can be addressed should they arise.
It was such a waste of my time. I arrived for my 2'o clock appointment, then waited for my name to be called.. After nearly one hour, my name still hadn't been called but I witnessed at least ten different people come in at various times and get called within 5 minutes of arrival!! I decided to excuse myself and take my business elsewhere - you know, like where I am valued, greeted with a warm smile and serviced within a reasonable time of my scheduled appointment. I have been a patient since 1982. With new owners comes change, and though I was at first disappointed in some of the changes, I am still happy to be a patoent at Culver Del Rey.
Who doesn't dislike the dentist? Since beginning of time I've disliked many dentists. This place gave me a calm that I will never forget... I was given xanax at a previous dentist because my nerves were just bent visiting THAT office. CDRDC has given me the will to never take a xanax again... It's the best dental experience I've ever had, ever in my life of dental care... thanks to "beauty and the beast" (DR. LEVY AND HIS NURSE) for giving me a great and gentle experience... I've been coming to CDR Dental for 11 years now and feel so lucky to have found them. I neglected my teeth in my twenties and had a lot of work that's needed to be done. Great facility, wonderful staff, very accommodating. When the bill has been too much they've found payment plans to help. I can't recommend them enough.
