Ms. Charlotte Jones and the Cultivating Minds Counseling Group are a life saver. I went to Ms. Charlotte during one of the worst times in my life. During that time, I was losing everything, including my mind. But by the grace of God and Ms. Charlotte, I was able to learn some techniques, affirmations, and ideas to get over my depression and find my way.
