Be advised, if you try to cancel your membership with Culligan for their over-priced service they will refuse to refund your money. This just happened to me even though I have already paid for the next four months. I recommend you check their competitors and go with any one of them, there is no integrity behind the Culligan name as you might have expected.

We had a great experience with Culligan recently. We had our water tested after our neighbors had mentioned of the poor quality. Anne Marie was amazing to work with, she came and performed all of the tests and explained the meaning of each result and all of the different options to go about fixing it. We ended up just going with the RO system for now to improve our drinking water (best tasting water ever) and plan on getting a softener system down the road. Highly recommended! Great experience all around.
You know when a bottle of shampoo or cleaning product states, use a dime size and you laugh and it always takes more. Not only is our water amazing, taste great, but it really only requires a dime size now for my shampoos. I rarely use conditioner in my hair, anymore too. Maybe once a week and again very little. Cleaning products go much farther. I bought what looks like a great unit from a great sales rep, Landon Richards. Had an enjoyable time talking "water" with him and am looking forward to having some good, clean water come into my old mobile home. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and enjoyed a good laugh(or maybe he was just humoring me). I think he steered me in the right direction concerning my unit.
Awesome company! I am active duty Air Force and just came back from a deployment, even over seas Culligan water was available!
