Carlos Chaparro made a professional, comprehensive presentation backed by scientific tests. He convinced me to get a whole house system and I am ver happy I did.
I've been a customer since 1991 first with Reverse Osmosis and then added a water softener, Culligan delivers my salt and changes my filters as needed. If I have a problem, all I have to do is call and they're right there I always get compliments on my water.

Although I have enjoyed the new water filter, I was very upset when I found out a neighbor of ours has the same system and paid way less. I did not realize we had to negotiate with Culligan. Very upset and feel as if we were taken advantage of.
