Great service so far and General Manager Kennedy wants all of their customers totally satisfied. Had some issues with the unit, but have been taken care of in a timely manner. Only hope that continues. The platinum plan has been worth every penny so far.

I've owned other softener systems, but Culligan not only has a great product, but their service is excellent. I love that they deliver those heavy bags of salt & fill it for me.
Products are reliable and work well without having too many repairs.
This business does not care about a small businessman I have requested information concerning resident tanks and I've been lied to and dismissed with no phone return call follow up per se if you can't count on you guys to help you with the small job how can you count on these guys to help you with the big job
