A two star because there is a little conflict with how I believe Customer service should be treated. We bought a high end Sulfur Kleen system and pay the monthly maintenance Platinum Well Service package. We like the system so they get good credit for a quality product. I am having an issue with my water where is smells like Sulfur right now. I called and was told it will be 6 days until they can come out. My normal question was could we not reschedule a normal maintenance window for someone not having an issue with mine? My... read more

The water is so so soft....I love it and you will too. There are no more white spots in my kitchen or bathroom. Im happy that my appliances will now have longer life.
