I have a great experience with John Hodgkinson he is very knowledgeable and honest He gave us recommendation for what we need, he work with us with the prices even after we got the product he follow up with us to make sure the installer did the job and if we have any concern The good think also about john whenever you text him you got the answer right away Over all good product and great customer service
Our sales representative sold us a unit that did NOT do what he advertised it would do. Then he cut off communication for a good 3 months before reaching back out to us to collect more money - AFTER he was already given the down payment and the completed contract for monthly payments (with a voided check). He dropped the ball on the transaction then decided he would be a jerk about it. The system is nice but the company will never get my business again!

I like that I don't have to worry about my water conditioning system as my Culligan technician takes care of everything. I don't have to concern myself about whether my system is working properly or if it needs salt. I also don't have to haul big bags of salt into a cart at the store, then lift them into my vehicle, then lift them out again when I get home, then lift them up to add salt to the system. It is a blessing to have Culligan service & products. Keep up the great work, thank you!
