My delivery person, Josh, is a truly delightful person. The water dispenser is easy to bottom load. The sensor notifying of the empty bottle takes out guesswork. It's VERY convenient to have the choices of hot (with a safety feature), room temp or icy cold water. The hot water also helps to cut down the use of the stove and microwave. My interaction with Customer Service went super smooth and only took a few minutes to get the info I was seeking - billing and delivery schedule.
I've only been with culligan for a few months and have already had issues with delivery, poor customer service, and billing. I switched from Primo due to all the issues experienced but Culligan isn't any different.
