We received a prompt reply when requesting to start service with Culligan. Leo was responsive and even had our water delivered same day. We received our statement after our second water delivery with sneaky fees that were never mentioned during our call with Leo ( Transportation fee route $6). There was also a 10 dollar collection fee which made no sense as we are on auto-pay. Our total statement for one month of 5 water jugs came close to 80 dollars. I cannot say enough good things about Culligan. The water, service, and staff are exceptional. I recently switched from another water provider, and I'm so happy I did. The water is not only better than my prior service, but it is also more reasonably priced.
This is by far my favorite bill to pay! I love the yummy water and great service all around!
