Absolutely horrid customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. I've been trying to close out my account for over 4 months. They were supposed to reimburse me for my bottle deposits since I paid off the account before the truck picked up my bottles. Despite having a pickup scheduled by customer service, the truck just didn't stop because "he didn't have room". No notification, nothing. UPDATE: We have been dealing with our missed delivery for nearly two weeks and can’t get phone calls or emails answered. My advise is if you are looking for a water company, go elsewhere!!! We have been customers for over 2 years and unfortunately have experienced major inconsistencies between the office & delivery drivers. The BEST tasting water, hands-down! Excellent customer service and support. Would highly recommend an RO system in your home.
We have been customers for over 2 years and unfortunately have experienced major inconsistencies between the office & delivery drivers. We also have missed our current delivery (was supposed to be over a week ago) and we have spent all week inquiring about our missed delivery only to be met with “the driver hasn’t responded to why your delivery was missed and we can’t give any more information.” Customer service and communication within the company seem to be a big issue.
