By now the reviews ought to inform even the most casual of observers this company is to be avoided. 15 year customer (inertia is a powerful force) I emailed complaint about drinking water tasting foul. Surprised I was contacted following day as typically it takes weeks for anyone to respond. And Culligan did dispatch an employee, but not a tech to look at the water problem, rather a salesman to upsell a new 5 year contract. He said he couldn't do anything about the foul water.
