So I tried to come inside to transfer to a bigger unit, on a Monday 5:55pm, bc clearly they cannot do it over their app, the BLACK GEN Z Lady behind the counter already locked the door at 5:50pm or earlier and she’s just on her phone watching TikTok. All she said was “sorry we are closed.” Just say you’re lazy and don’t want to service people.

Kelsey was very helpful getting my space set up for me. She showed me a few options which I really appreciate! Midguard your competitor could learn from your business model. The self service environment they provide and lack of interaction from employees is frustrating and certainly not helpful when trying to make a decision on storage options. You need to have people that can do exactly what Kelsey did and walk the property and show me real time options. Appreciate you guys! Thanks Mark E204
