Drew was awesome! Opened yhe door for me and welcomed me in with only a few minutes to spare on his shift. He answered all my questions and got me squared away. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Jacked up the price 50% after six months even though the exact units were available for less than I was currently paying. They know it’s hard to move so they reward loyalty with a 50% price hike. I simply moved out. Not playing those games.
We recently got a rate increase and I went to the office and met with Drew, who was extremely helpful. He got us in a new unit that all of our stuff would fit in for the same amount of money were paying before. He was very helpful and kind and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to store their goods. Ask for Drew
