CubeSmart is a gem for many reasons! One, the price was less than public storage, the variety of available sizes and last, it is clean unlike the public storage facility we were located at! They maintain cleanliness! I hope CubeSmart stays this way!
Customer Service is non-existant. We called the night before to confirm a uhaul rental and that someone would be in office at 8:30am for our reservation. Then when we went to pick up the uhaul the office "open light" was on but the doors were locked and no employees were inside. An eployee finally showed up around 10:00am which heavily delayed our move. On top of that they tried to charge us an additional $200 for the uhaul rental because we tried to change pickup locations since no employee was on site to carry out our rese... read more
