Great facility and service
This location is convenient for me and it's always clean. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have 2 issues. First is that there are not enough carts. There are only 3 that I'm aware of and on busy weekends - college kid move in/move outs - it's very difficult to get one. Also, the elevator doors barely stay open long enough to get in/out. In the few years I’ve been coming here, the premises has been pristine!!! SUPER clean on the outside, office….and in the storage area! Never trash or other discards ANYWHERE, unlike some storage providers! The self services like entering the unit via your app and all the updated tech services gives CubeSmart an extremely modern update to the storage experience!! Wonderful service! I have a small unit that is above another. I put my keys in the corner of the unit and my keys dropped down into the other unit. My keys!! Staff helped me get them without disturbing the other unit. Literally saved me.
