I got my unit set up with Bishop over the phone and he was extremely kind and helpful!
Poor access to storage units i would of had to walk my stuff across the building twice with an elevator also people living in the units wouldnt recommned.
The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very patient very helpful I would refer anyone to the gentleman for any storage needs and give him a raise

Worst storage facility EVER! And I've used several storage facilities over the years. I've looking at the reviews and #StoreLocal's response and, quite honestly, I find it exceptionally disingenuous! My claim's adjuster has reached out MULTIPLE times to get the cause of the mold/moisture, they are NOT responding. This is holding up my claim that I had to file with MY renter's insurance because the insurance I was paying for with StoreLocal, I was told WOULD NOT cover damages!
