Zero stars if I could. I signed up for summer storage and submitted my intent to close, along with all required documentation, in August 2025. Despite following their procedures, the company continued billing me for 11 additional months. When I contacted customer service and provided proof that I had submitted the closure request, their response was that they "did not receive the email." No customer service here. You can talk to there AI on the phone but you never get the call back you requested. Poor access to the building. There is also some sort of contamination on the 1st floor that has the 2st floor shut down. Find another storage place to rent.
I got my unit set up with Bishop over the phone and he was extremely kind and helpful!
Poor access to storage units i would of had to walk my stuff across the building twice with an elevator also people living in the units wouldnt recommned.
