I am writing to report a serious issue with the keypads used to access the storage building. They have been broken, with signs hanging off them, for the past three weeks. As a customer who pays a significant amount for storage, this is unacceptable. We have attempted to access our unit on four separate occasions but have been unable to do so due to the malfunctioning keypads.
