We haven't gone to the unit yet, but the online process does not match the actual pricing, you cannot opt out of insurance online though it says you can( button won't unclick) and they also add multiple expensive add ons with no option to decline, especially the $29 one time "administrative fee", which is particularly heinous since I did ALL of the work online!!

Very nice people to deal with
This is our 2nd year renting with Cubesmart and dealing with their manager Avia. She is always so helpful and patient. She makes sure the college kids find their rental area correctly and safely. She always follows up promptly with any answers to questions.
