Moved from another place to here and Penny was amazing with getting everything ready and helping to show us all the extras available to make the move easier. Great customer service!
I walked in Penny introduced herself (I thought that was pretty nice!) She showed me a storage bin she had an idea of what would fit my needs so right away I rented it, I had to buy a lock for the storage bin. She explained how to use the gate and how to get to my storage bin. It was a great experience She made me feel better(and I was already having a bad day!!) You have a great employee!!
