Penny was awesome and so very helpful.
Joe was great! He took a lot of time with us and paid attention to what we needed both in terms of the size of the unit we needed, but also how we could get oddly shaped items to the site. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The service was most sincerely excellent
We have been renting storage for our camper for a couple of years now and throughout that time Penny has helped over and over again to put us in the most comfortable spot for our needs. She is always friendly and greets us by our names. Penny is truly an asset to the company and is why we continue to stay there even though there are places more convenient to our residence.
