Great Customer Service
Nothing but great things to say about this location of CubeSmart and the manager Melissa. The first time I called to inquire about spaces, pricing, etc she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. We committed to storing here a few months later and she was just the same as before and helped make our move-in a breeze. If only all businesses had this level of customer service and genuine care for their customers. Much appreciated!
Melissa was extremely helpful with accommodations regarding my husbands boat and needing somewhere safe and secure to store it! She let me know all the paperwork we would need to rent a slip over the phone so walking in was a breeze! I can’t thank her enough. Thank you for the warm welcome to the Island!
