I am 9 months into getting a storage here. I have to say this guy is always busy, but says hi when I am there. I had an issue with my door today and he stopped to fix it. Most places you don't even have someone at the facility, keep it up!
Avoid this place…I rented it in March for $101….Got all my stuff moved in and all is good and now they raise the rate by $40 all at once? That’s a bit ridiculous to have a 40% increase…they also charge a “convenience fee” for autopay which is stupid…most places give a discount for auto pay.. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this scam. Avoid this place.
