Great place, very clean and secure
We are so glad that we went with Cubesmart! Their customer service is great. The manager, Reuben, watched for our moving people to come, locked our storage unit up after, and tossed the key in. Really went above and beyond. And their first month free deal is great- after admin fees and a lock, we are only paying $50 for a 10x30 storage unit. We only need it for a month so that’s all we will have to pay! Can’t recommend this storage facility, and Reuben, enough.

Absolute terrible experience. Shady people running this place. Auto pay didn’t go through because of an error on their end, was locked out of my unit 3 days later. (Contract says 15th day). Took me 1 1/2 months to get a resolution to the problem. Came to an agreement with the district manager on how much I would pay to get my items back because of their error. Fiancée called to pay that amount and the Store manager adds on a $15 late fee and lies to my fiancée saying it was for insurance. Then when I go up there it’s excuse ... read more
