I was locked in your facility in the Bronx on Southern Boulevard. I called corporate office the night it happened (Sunday) and was told I would get a call back. No one has reached out to me and I feel like no one is taking this seriously. 3 days later I have yet to receive a phone call or proper apology
DON'T BELIEVE THE POSTED HOURS!! On the day that I was moving I showed up at 9:15 to put a few more things in my unit. The store was supposed to be open at 8. I waited 30 minutes, outside, in the heat, on endless hold with CubeSmart, before someone showed up to open up. CALL BEFORE YOU GO!
