Its not a bad spot.....coming from the guy who dun rent all the storages.....I rent these places because I am an independent contractor,and tools back and forth to my house is hard.....I store my tools there.....storage with rug on the floor......u know they good......

John at the 55th Street location was very helpful and streamlined a very easy process when I opened a new account last week. JC was also kind and helpful when he showed me around the facility. He also picked me and my "things" up and gave us a free ride to the storage. I greatly appreciate the customer service that both John and JC offered me. I planned on keeping the space temporarily for 2 months as I search for a new apartment, however, I may keep my space longer to store my art there. It's great to know that the employee... read more
They were great! JC is the MAN! Most helpful and kind guy in the whole place!!!!
These guys were super easy to work with, insanely helpful, and the valet experience went above and beyond -- being flexible enough to come by 3 hours early, then helping me to quickly load out and into a unit. Great guys.
