Gidget is the best! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She really takes pride in her job and that is so refreshing these days. She's definitely an asset to the company.
Chris wheeler has been such a life saver , I wish I could do more than write a review. My friends & I were driving in a camper/truck and unloading stuff while it broke down at the storage unit . Chris offered to let us store the camper there while getting the truck fixed . Allowing us to do so has helped us immensely and I am so grateful for him! Very professional and supportive!
BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. THEY INCREASE YOUR RENT MULTIPLE TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR RENTING!! I rented a unit contractually at a certain amount. 1 month later they increased by double the rental amount. Then 6 MO this later it's doubled again. This can't be legal. Do not store your things here!! IT IS A SCAM!!
This storage unit has amazing employees that are super helpful and make you feel safe! Chris did an awesome job at helping me find a unit and Johnathan helped out with my first one. They are both so friendly and accommodating. The process is more complicated than I would have thought for a storage and they both walked me through it. Chris was absolutely amazing! We were not smart when we reserved our storage unit and it was going to be difficult to use. He is a real problem solver and jumped through a lot of hoops to get us what we needed. He was calm, reassuring and personable. He really knows his stuff. He asked if our 26 ft uhaul was full and when I said yes he advised that we get a 10x25 instead of the 10x20 we reserved. Boy was he right! It would of hard a horrible time trying to get all our stuff into 10x20.
