So for two days I moved storage units first of apparently people steal the carts so it left the facility with one little cart. Now I've been renting for about two years and I have used the dumpster outside to throw stuff from my storage and never was told I couldn t use the dumpster so after two days the dumpster was locked so I placed a couple boxes of stuff trash and since I did that management has put a 85.00 charge for clean up . Gidget is a fantastic worker who helped me when I geot injured. The only issue I have and the reason why I made it 4 star is because at the right side of the building garage. The step is extremely slippery, and even with non slip work boots on.I fell and almost hurt myself lifting a couch. The metal leg almost dug into my leg. And it's not my fault, because I slipped other times with other items.As well, and so did the people with me.
Gidget was very friendly and helpful, I'm not very experienced withsong storage facilities but she made the process very clear and simple which I appreciate very much!! 10/10 experience
Gidget was super nice and friendly. She took the time to show me a couple different sized units.
