Great storage experience. I’ve had my unit for a little over a year. The other day, I went by to get something and noticed that the latch on my unit was damaged due to a break in attempt (attempt only thank goodness). I reported it to Danielle and without any hesitation she got me a unit that’s in a better position (and rate!). She’s extremely responsive and is so helpful. My experience with Cube Smart has been the best storage experience I've ever had with a storage facility! Kelly is an amazing facility manager and so easy to work with. Kelly treated me like a friend.
