Total rip off. Don't stay for long. They raise your rates all the time. Your better off renting a new one and moving units to get the new customer rates... Everything in the back of the unit was ruined from water that came from the unit behind it and didn't know, until we emptied the unit. Everything was molded. Total loss after paying so much money.
Kelly was an awesome, friendly guy that helped me out at the North Gate location, but this is where he normally works. Great service with a smile, and I was excited to talk with a fellow veteran!

I had a reservation today for a rental. I showed up at 1 p.m., and the door was locked, and a clock sign saying be back at 2:30 pm. I went home and wait until 2:30 pm. I then called the property to verify the office hours and that someone would be there, and Dani said she would be here until 5pm. Upon arriving at 2:57 pm, I encountered a locked office door and the clock sign saying they would be back at 3:15pm.
