RecommendedEvan Hoppe was AMAZING!! He was super kind and was Very fair with his pricing too! I was in a furry because it was in the 90’s and my air was not working but after 20-30 minutes Evan had my air back to where it needed to be and working like brand new! CTI replaced a part in June, the part went bad in July. When I called they were at my house within the hour and replaced it with no service fee and the part was under warranty. The technician was courteous and professional. I highly recommend CTI MECHANICAL.

CTI Mechanical was great to deal with from start to finish and Zach was very pleasant and professional. He was there when scheduled and I received a text message with a picture and short introduction letting me know he was on his way to my house so that I knew right when to expect him. I would definitely use CTI again and I signed up for their maintenance program for my furnace and air conditioner which includes 2 visits per year at a very reasonable rate.
