I've had CTI Mechanical attend to my HVAC needs since 2007. That began with an old farmhouse with MANY issues. They did a superb job with both emergency and routine service, as well as pulling a fairly new furnace for donation to Habitat at no cost. Now we have a new home (that unfortunately came with some inferior HVAC work), CTI has been fabulous and diligent about troubleshooting those problems. Both Chad and Evan have provided exceptional technical and customer service.

Chad, Evan, David, and everyone there are rock stars in my book. I smelled gas, contacted the gas company. They found a leak in the line in the house. Turned off the gas. CTI was out the next day and fixed everything. What a blessing! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have been very happy anytime I have had CTI out for maintenance or repairs. Today Zach was out for a repair on my furnace and got the job done very efficiently. He was here for several hours and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. He was friendly and went above and beyond. I would certainly give five stars to CTI!
