RecommendedI recently bought my house and wasn’t sure where the filter to the furnace needed to be inserted. Zach came to assist me which I very much appreciated as the furnace is in the attic. Zach was very professional as well as patient in answering my questions. Very pleasant young man and I definitely recommend using CTI for any heating and/or cooling needs. They have my business!

On Friday evening we lost power and our generator did not come on. We contacted CTI approx 10:15pm and got a call back within 10 mins. Zach was able to quickly detect the problem that the battery had gone bad, and stated he would be at the store 9am the next day to get a new one and then install it for us. By 8am I had a text saying he was on the way to our house and by 9 we had a fully functioning generator again! The service and customer service was amazing! Thank you so much!

knowledgeable technician recommended opening all registers for better performance less pressure on blower and hole system and he was right on the money. even in rooms not being used checked everything cleaned ac/heatproof unit explained along to me about my heatpump would highly recommend

the tech Zach made up his mind that my furnace would fail inspection before it was even looked at......charged me $180......... said the heat exchanger might be bad.......hmmm.....sent pics to his boss......no carbon monoxide was detected but yes failed my furnace!! 2 days later had a second opinion and it passed with flying colors......a refund should happen!!!

When we perform an inspection on a system, we have to determine everything that is right or wrong about it in order to provide the complete picture. This 25 year old furnace has cracks in the heat exchanger that are visible. Our report states that it wasn't leaking carbon monoxide during the brief time it was operating for inspection, but that the heat exchanger is compromised, and that we recommend replacement of the furnace due to its age and condition.
