The staff is really cool and always professional. Don't listen to the haters. They would probably negatively review their own parents. I've donated somewhere around 50 time at this location and the folks there always make me feel welcome and like a make a difference to them, and its not just with me. I've never seen them be unprofessional or discourteous to anyone. Shaina, Brooke, Chrissy, Phyllis, and Dillon are always super-chill!
Cause the people here are epic! Fun to talk to easy peasy lemon squeezy�
My first time donating- the computer system went down a few times and after 2.5 hours of waiting for systems to come back up I was able to continue. the place was clean and staff was friendly. Hopefully when I go back the system doesn't crash. That was the worst part.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Was told I could donate on the 25th ( today) and was told they was gonna be open on Tuesday so I just walked down there to find out they are closed. They are super unprofessional. You call the corporate number and no one answers ( probably because they know they are screwing people) this place is a rip off did you know they get paid $300 per 880ml bottle and they only pay you $20 or $30 bucks.
