So my doctor want me to donate blood because my blood it too thick, so I figured I would go to CSL because they are 10 minutes away from my house. I proceeded to call and try to get information on how to setup an appointment and if a I could use my garbage bill payment notice as the 3rd form because allmmy bills are paid electronically. SO I called 7 times since they opened at 7am and bot one freaking time did anyone answer, the phone just rang and rang. This alone makes this place seem sketchy and untrustworthy. great staff- too bad they will close for good on august 15 after almost 3 yrs at this location
Drove out to the Hayward location to donate today and it looks like they closed 2 hours early. They left no sign on the door that they did this, quite disappointed as it is a DRIVE for me to get to.
Gazel,Marizon,Gio, were fabulous in their manners technique and care the cliebt education was stellar all those in reception and intake were exceptional. First shift and 2nd shift teamwork and shift change was client considerate. Clean organized facility.
