great staff- too bad they will close for good on august 15 after almost 3 yrs at this location
Drove out to the Hayward location to donate today and it looks like they closed 2 hours early. They left no sign on the door that they did this, quite disappointed as it is a DRIVE for me to get to.
Gazel,Marizon,Gio, were fabulous in their manners technique and care the cliebt education was stellar all those in reception and intake were exceptional. First shift and 2nd shift teamwork and shift change was client considerate. Clean organized facility.
Process is slow takes an hour and a half just to be sat to get blood draw started short staffed dont go here if you want to be in and out in a timely fashion used to be so much better
