It was my first time the place is very clean the staff are wonderfully and helpful Year later and I still go to donate staff are very nice friendly one person made me uncomfortable for something she said but it's ok I still go every week twice very clean place
They lower the compensation price over and over again. Ridiculous how much lower they give than other places and they take so much longer because half the machines are broken. Let's be real though, people are only donating for compensation and you guys make thousands per one bottle of plazma. Paying me 35$ for my donating is ridiculous. You want me to wait 2-3 hours for that? If I wasn't desperate I wouldn't come here. Waited 1 and a half hours in line the donated got done and sat the re for another 35 mins while the finished 5 people who got me after me and were done after me spent a total of 4 hours here do not recommend it
