They deferred me cause I went out the door closer to my vehicle, instead of the one WAY on the opposite side of the building in nasty weather. If this is how I'm treated then I'm done donating. All the times I been in there over an hour before being hooked up to the machine and while you donate your plasma and get paid for your time, where's the extra cash for the extra time ive had to spend? Was a mix up with my returning date and because I asked questions they became verbally unprofessional yelling across the room instead of calling me to the side to fully explain and threats of barring me from center we don't work there so how would we know everything about policy and procedures...definitely no social skills I cried all the way home
While no one is perfect these days, I just moved back from SLC, Utah. And this CSL and its people were ALOT Better than the Utah facilities and staff. Im happy to have a had a better experience and not see garbage everywhere out side like Utah CSL locations. Clean and friendly, looking forward to more donations of my plasma here. I am deaf. They won’t let me fill they want I have read their lip. Huh?! I can’t read lip at all!! I can read it. They say many questions. I said okay I can read it. They said no must read lips. Huh!!!!!!
