The staff on the floor are super sweet. They are always checking on you and making sure you're ok. My first time donating was very rough. I almost passed out and "looked like a ghost" according to the staff and a few sitting around me. I followed the staffs' suggestions on food and drink the next day and day of, and went back for a MUCH smoother second donation. Not even a tiny bit dizzy. Everything went perfect yesterday at CSL the phlebotomist Jazmine and the rest of the staff We're very professional it was the best poke ever
People were so nice. Took a while but I get why I was almost done giving for my first time and I got dizzy and felt like I was gana pass out. I told the staff, they were very kind and helped me feel better immediately. I did not feel like just another # at all. Next time I will eat before I go, and bring a hoodie, makes u cold.
