A great bunch of people. I love visiting with them while I donate.
This place is generally great an pretty quick. But lately I have been waiting for over 4 hours start to finish. It used to take 1-2 hours start to finish. Only one maybe 2 screening and only 1 maybe 2 phlebotomist on the floor. Process takes FOREVER. They used to have a lot. I don't know what happened or why they are always understaffed but something needs to give. I'm thinking about stopping because I don't have this kind of time. What I have to pay a sitter just to come is more than I get. It's no longer worth it.
They permently defered me for something i didnt even do.They said i tried to cover up a bruise and i didnt even do that. This place sucks and it is unsanitary because every time they go to stick a new donor they dont change their gloves only when they get blood on them and they do not wipe down the chairs you sit down on whe before a new person sits on it and dont get me started on the staff a few of them are rude. Also one time they gave me a really bad bruise because they kept moving the needle around because of a no flow ... read more
