Recommendedat first it was scary but after doing it awhile it was fine only advice I can give is drink a decent amount of gatorade before and after also eat before.:)
Paige is rude and Charlie is bossy.
My wife and I used to donate here, but switched to Talecris Plasma because of the way CSL treated us. I finished before her one day and went and sat in their departure lounge to wait for her to finish. I was approached by staff and was told that if I didn't leave the departure lounge, the area your supposed to sit when waiting to depart, than they would call the police and have me arrested for trespassing.

Staff is slow. Wait times can be up to three hours to donate. Always understaffed on Saturday and Sunday. Busiest days of the week. Been bruised from staff taking me down off the machine. Would go to any other location but this one

I arrived at 7pm on Thursday the 19th, when the wind chill was around 0 degrees. The door was locked, despite posted hours showing a closing at 8pm. After donating for three years between this location and two others, I had never encountered a locked door, within hours of operation, without a posted note on the door.
