RecommendedAs someone with veins that like to move donating blood and plasma can be difficult as I always bruise. So far everyone at this location is great and very friendly and of the bruises I have gotten with very minimal. My first donation I had Nicki and she made it very relaxed and comfortable while keeping everyone smiling. Today I had Bernard and he got my vein the first time and kept checking in on everyone to make sure they were doing good. He made it very easy to relax and made sure everyone left having a good day. Recommendedgood team that work there. kinda makes it entertaining sometime..all of the employees have a pretty good attitude and enjoy working there..that is a good thing in so many ways.. especially when some of the customers complain about the waite..but in the long run..their getting paid..so just learn to be patient .. the employees are taking Plasma and have to be clean and accurate when poking your arm with a needle to draw..
they wasted my time. I was there to offer my plasma. yet wanted me to have to go back to my Dr. to have him fill out a form. which was a 45 co-payment then an extra 30 for paperwork to be filled out to donate. because they didn't know what interstitial cystitis Is. yet they suppose to medical professionals. I'm not paying 75 to get 75. smh

Rude! I know it’s not the best job... but be pleasant! If I can’t come back for 7 days to donate open your mouth and tell me. I know you think my time is not important... but it’s not any less valuable than yours.!
