They will literally open at 7, workers there at 6:30, and they STILL won’t be ready. It is 7:30 and everyone who was waiting in line is waiting to get stuck because the woman would like to talk over doing their jobs. ALL my reviews on here have been positive, I’m not a Karen. This facility has no oversight or accountability The workers talk laugh and joke in the back while nothing is ready. Then if you ask why you’ve been sitting here at 7:40 and nobody has been stuck yet, they give you attitude
Truly a great place to donate. Waaaay better than any other locations I've been to honestly AND Ms. Ashley F was a very very helpful phlebotomist. I can't thank her enough!
They have all those chairs for patients but only utilize a portion of them. If you come after anytime after 12 you better be prepared to wait longer than 3 hours.
Daquarious is an excellent staff member and very knowledgeable about the business
Very good experience the woman that helped me out Jessica was extremely nice
