This place has gone downhill bad. Close the center at this point. The workers aren't active. They have 1 screener almost each time I come and hes the slowest most non urgent worker ever. He takes twice as long as anyone else. The other screener dont even stay seated so the lines are increasingly long as Noone seems to want to continuously Work. The dst staff is lazy and spend more time having personal conversations or going to the back in groups to work. Get it together CSL
Management at this place is sooo bad. They’ve ruined a few of my clothing items due to not wrapping up my arm up properly causing blood to get all over my jacket. They bleach stained my pants by not letting the chemical dry before seating me on a damp chair. I would like accountability and compensation but I keep getting the runaround. Why would I continue to donate to a place that cost me money?
Kind of shady Staff doesn't explain enough. Rather rude Staff. Not going to return. Re-training and communication education needed for employees.
This place is not too bad. If u go at a good time it’ll be quick. I did notice some ladies behavior while donating, not lady like, especially being at your job. Some workers are working I see, some aren’t. The new workers are fine, unfortunately the examples being set by others may lead them down an unprofessional path. You will be able to tell the good from the bad.
If I give no star I soooo.would went there & for 11 months STRAIGHT TOOK MY PLASMA TWICE A WEEK EVERY WEEK FOR ELEVEN MONTHS STRAIGHT,mind u I am anemic but I was staying hydrated eating right the whole ,9,for CSL, so 1day i.left them a bad review. Not bad like offensive or anything, more truth like they need nicer workers in general as well as to us, the lines to get in and screened are long *& RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!after 11 months they take my plasma no problem, then they blacklist me cus of my honest review. SMH
