Mostly a pleasant experience. Long wait times and some inexperienced staff, but usually in and out within 60-90 minutes.
I wasted about 4 hours there anwering questions and watching videos just to be turned away by the nurse ....because of my adress. The first thing they did was run my name and ID with the same adress so why not let me know from the beginning.. instead of wassting my whole day...if you dont live in a house alone or you dont lie about your adress they will turn you away as of no one uses public restrooms at work all day.... I was told i could not Donate because I live in a place with a shared bathroom.. stop wasting peoples tim... read more
Staff is slow and very unprofessional. They let patents wait and wait to get off the machine when finished. They need to fire everyone.
Always in and out
Donation payments are high in the beginning, but they are cut in half after 8 donations. The only way to get your money is on a card that charges fees for EVERYTHING and you ultimately can't close out. It's a runaround.
