If I give no star I soooo.would went there & for 11 months STRAIGHT TOOK MY PLASMA TWICE A WEEK EVERY WEEK FOR ELEVEN MONTHS STRAIGHT,mind u I am anemic but I was staying hydrated eating right the whole ,9,for CSL, so 1day i.left them a bad review. Not bad like offensive or anything, more truth like they need nicer workers in general as well as to us, the lines to get in and screened are long *& RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!after 11 months they take my plasma no problem, then they blacklist me cus of my honest review. SMH
The nursing staff Shaniqua and Joanna are very helpful and kind and they explain the procedure very well

I have only great experiences to mention here. I've been donating at this location for several years now. Staff members are friendly, accommodating but most importantly, skilled and knowledgeable of their roles. I've gone to another location some years ago, but nothing comes close to CSL Plasma on Highway 6 South for their services.
