After opening without the scan station prepared for donors the screening staff has 1 new person screening alone while another seems to be calibrating a booth that isn't currently in use. She has not addressed the donor Line at all and as someone closer to the front of the line after 20mins I still haven't been screened.
They advertised a bonus, I qualified for the bonus, but when it came time to get the bonus they said they wasn’t giving the bonus. That’s false advertising!
The last 4 times I've came there was 1 screener who is clearly overwhelmed which is why the screening line has been getting consistently longer. There's a bunch of new staff who walk around looking lost instead of finding a place to fit in and work(I'm aware all aren't cleared yet) but the ones who clearly are walk around aimlessly soon as a line gets long. This place could definitely be better. Although I do not have complaints about all of the staff, many of them seem rude and unprofessional. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of them are great and very pleasant! But some of them need to act more professional and treat people with more respect. Also, way understaffed on the weekends and opened at least 10 minutes late when people were waiting outside in the cold and rain. Not the worst, but definitely a lot of room for improvement. So I don't have any complaints, except the wait time obviously, when it's super busy long ass line, but only 1 or 2 ppl processing in. And the wait time once you're in, but have to wait to get in chair to donate. But I go to csl FM & staff are all nice to me, it's like anything else in life, as long as u come correct & show & give respect & manners, you shouldn't have any real issues; besides that wait time.
