It’s a good way to make a little extra money but damn they’re stingy & greedy! They’ve decreased the pay out per donation while taking away bottles of water for donors and incentives for people to make extra money. Like c’mon! For the most part the employees are awesome but the long lines w/ often just one phlebotomist on shift, the slow time consuming system, and overall experience shows they do not value donors or their time. The greed is alarming and shameful!
