I came here on Monday literally 1 stafe in the back working line for both are longer then what they supposed to needs more staff to be here and provide the support they got a lot of open machines and only 5 being used disappointed
My pre-screener Ashley & my phlebotomist Khajidaah were very polite, professional & quick. Amazing at their jobs. They were complete sweethearts.
Takes too long for new donors. Not enough staff. Staff members have to do multiple positions. There is no receptionist, there is only whoever decides they will help. And the nurses in the back say they need help. So the front is left waiting . Security can only be informative.
