Everyone here was really nice to me. As a first and 2nd time donor this month I had a great experience. From the nurses, to the techs in the donation center. Even the security guard were all super helpful, friendly, and informative. This center has some really cool people working here.
The plasma center is currently experiencing some operational challenges that warrant attention. At present, there is only one staff member available for screening, leading to extended wait times for both check-in and seating. While there are two phlebotomists on the floor, a review of the current staffing arrangement may be beneficial in enhancing efficiency and improving the overall customer experience. Everyone should formally complain donors save lives coming here being treated like crap when your literally saving lives is discouraging. A guy just told me he waited 11-5:30. That's completely ridiculous and that whole scam of waiting to make people check in. This place needs to be investigated and restaffed. This is an 'absolutely horrible' facility!!! Unprofessional, uncaring, and treats it's donors like CRAP!!! It's, painfully obvious, that the employees 'hate' their jobs!!!!!! Still the donors should be treated with courtesy and RESPECT!!!!!
