Make sure to ask questions, they change rules a let you know after you done the process . They are short staffed, no paper toilet, bad customer service.They have two water fountains with no cups. Always crowded. Be ready to wait in line for 4 hours with front row of employees not doing nothing.they all no prepare to handle nobody.They give you the plastics from the needle so u can clinch your fist to donate. the csl cooperate office is forcing people to not scan in when they first arrive to hide the fact that the wait time to donate is a 3 hour wait I went in at 7:15am and didn't get to vitals check point until 9:07am when I tried to check in the security told me that they would cancel my visit if I checked in controlling the public with the fear of not being able to donate this is an egregious act to hide the fact you have to wait.
The process is weird there's standing around running there mouth instead of getting people in and out security gatekeeping the kios never got enough people in front for vitals or in back for donation process
