I live blocks from here and NEVER went based on the horror stories. Franklin mills was my preferred spot until a few months ago. I went here and was SHOCKED by the efficiency of the workers. Fast forward to a month later and this place is a NIGHTMARE!!....They have 2 security guards on duty for NOTHING!!!....They walk around heads DOWN with cellphones in hand. I had a issue and ask to speak with the supervisor when he said he would handle the situation after the took my tube and move to to another station and said I couldn't donate
This location is clean staff is polite and efficient
Love the place
The disrespectful employee "Lou" who works at the front desk needs to be let go. He deliberately does not work, looks at donors cleavage and makes uncomfortable remarks to us as well during vitals. I dont even want to come to this center anymore because of my experience with Lou. Just seeing him clock in makes me leave out the door in fear that he will be the one doing my vitals.
