What a horrible business. The card readers stopped reading on all the machine so a request was put in... the repair was to remove the card readers. Thats like the cable company showing up because you TV box doesn't work, taking the box and leaving you tv antenna from the 70s. For a 1.1 status I guess it is par for the course.

CSC has laundry services in my apartment complex. I use the word services lightly. I have yet been able to complete my laundry because either their machines malfunction or their app does. Each time (4 different laundry days) I end up loading wet clothes into my car and finishing at a local laundry mat. Each time I have placed services requests on the malfunctioning machines. Washer and dryers rarely work. Things are broken and not fixed for months. Never get feedback on when things are fixed. Or service tech says nothing wrong with the machine. Lots of ER 53 errors. Customer service not open during times for PST, not open on weekends (when everyone is doing laundry). Costs $10 to get a refund in their app (highway robbery right there). Do not refund cost of wasted soap (due to machine not starting).

Horrible customer service.Washing machine double charged my card and their web link will not take my email for a refund.No way.to refund my money.I want my money back and a way to get it

I would give 0 stars if I could. My condo complex has 2 laundry rooms, and 1 has been down for a couple months for building repairs. So everyone has to use the other laundry room, and over the course of the last 3 months, we've gone from 6 out of 8 washers working to only 1 out of 8 working. All 100+ units in my complex are now using 1 washing machine. Why? Because CSC won't come to repair them. I use the washer and dryers in Lafayette, Ca the posted price is on the machines. However when using them, CSCSW machines seem to always take more out of your account than what's posted. I thought it was an error after the first time. But it's happened to myself, my roommates, and many of my neighbors. I am now in Loveland, Co where CSCSW has washer and dryers in the Hotel. One of the worst ran business in America. Service request since the 3rd of March and nothing. In regards to Bernie’s review Bernie just throw them rust buckets into the dumpster. They obviously don’t want the equipment. I’ll purchase a few of them from you, I’ll take them straight to the scrap yard.

I'm selling my building and I need washer and dryer removed as part of sale. They won't even respond to my request for removal. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my request.
