trying to get ahold of corporate and cant, this company is so unprofessional, the corp number they give you is someone they hire to take calls and notes and they work from their home...anyone have a quicker way to corporate, thank you

I live in an apartment complex that uses CSCSW for their laundry facilities. My laundry card got damaged and I can no longer use it. I have called CSCSW three times to order a new card. Each time waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Each time I called I was given a time frame of 10 business days. It has been 2 months now since I first called them, and I still do not have a replacement card. HALF OF THE MACHINES DON'T WORK WITH THE SHIT APP AND HALF OF THE CREDIT CARD SCANNERS DON'T WORK. THEY OWE ME $1.75 SO FAR!! WORST LAUNDRY APP ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH AND THAT IS SAYING A LOT. DON'T LET YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX USE THIS SHIT COMPANY!!

Zero Star. Extended Stay America Reston VA should cancel contract with CSC ServiceWorks. 50% of washers & dryers have not worked since December 2022. 50-50 if remaining machines work when paying with debit card. Debit card payment, impossible to date to receive refund.

New machines were installed for use with the CSC Go app. They have been in barely 3 weeks and have been out of service more than in. CSC refuses to refund the money back to me. The app should show machine out of service when there has been a service request.

I am a resident at an apartment complex in Mesa, AZ. CSC has never provided good service, but it has declined even more so since the Pandemic. Using the app to submit service requests seems to yield little to no result. Mentioning "refund" in the description of the issue yielded nothing. The complex manager finally got involved and received a confirmation of a refund in process for a decent amount. I had saved the backlog of service requests. My revalue card not working. I reload the card with $25 dollars- now the card reading error. I called several times, calls didn’t get pick up. Two weeks already trying to reach CSCSW, and is impossible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON ANY LEVEL!!!!!I can't even give this company a 1 star. I have lost so much money without any refund. If you use the app, it's incorrect if the machines are being used or not. The app can say, it's unavailable when it IS available. These machine use very archaic software. Do yourself a favor and go do your laundry at a local laundromat.

This company does not fix their machines. They never refunded me for for their non working dryers. They never respond to my emails. Bad company that left my clothes wet often.
