Do not have this company provide washer and dryers to your location! They come out install their dryers with a 5 minute cool down cycle, you are not getting the drying time you paid for! Their washers and dryers require you to download the CSC app, Or change in quarters! They do not provide a change machine for you! You have to find someplace to get the required money for the machines! Are you going to trust their app? I don't know these people and the current reviews say they are what they claim to be! Customer oriented!
I have not had a functioning card for months including two "dead" cards that never functioned. I've paid $5 each to replace those including fees for money orders as that's what my building requires. I called CSC for them to send me a new one because I really don't think it right for me to pay for cards that never worked, i took the $10+ loss on the first two. Five times contacted because the whole third floor was offline so I carried all my laundry with my bad back down to the second floor and guess what! All the heavy towels I loaded in dryer number 16 and went to pay even though it appeared to be working, OFFLINE. REMOVE ALL THE HEAVY TOWELS AND ATTEMPT TO PUT THEM IN ANOTHER NON-WORKING DRYER. Disgusting machines inside. 1/2 of them are always broken. Entire laundry room offline for 3 days with 3 emails and 2 phone calls from apt mgr & me. "Your time is very important to us" on call so i have to hit 3 #s to get to a wait of 10 minuted. I am spending that time posting this review everywhere until a "representative" answers. Do not use this company. Machines failed on a regular basis, app fails and so does the use of cc. The services are poor. Cannot get a live person ever.
Do not use this company I have lived in my apartment complex for almost 5 years now and I've been dealing with them all 5 years they take weeks if not months to fix any of the washers only for the washers to work for a few days to weeks maybe if you're lucky this company is a complete joke they can't even come pick up the money out of the washers and once it's full of coins it will not work they do not care if you have a family who needs clean clothes they will never replace a washer they will fix it over and over again for ... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I live in a complex that has a contract with them. Their machines are CONSTANTLY BREAKING! And when you call do not expect to be met with an understanding individual. Oh no, they are rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and overall disgusting! I just called because their washer wouldn't stop running and my clothes were locked in. I get ripped off EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have yet to receive a refund. I may have to MOVE bc I cannot use the laundry facilities. Do NOT even consider these CROOKS!
CSC machine ruined my clothes! Repeated attempt to contact them go unanswered. Have photos and documentation. Guess they don’t care!
