Hello all! My name is Crystal, and I was in need for some replacement windows. I contacted Crystal Windows, because well my name is Crystal & I decided to try them out. Overall very friendly, they weren't able to sell directly to me however, but referred an installation company that I worked with. 4 stars because I couldn't buy them myself, but then again I wouldn't know how to install them anyways, so back to 5 stars.

Annie P. in the Customer Service Department went above and beyond to help transform my quote into an actual order to overseeing the delivery & following up on the entire order. Crystal Windows, please keep up the exceptional service & I guarantee that your business will grow as well.
Crystal Windows and Precious Windows (our Crystal referred installer) really helped me out. They were able to get me inexpensive, quality windows for replacement in a jiffy. It wasn't a huge job, only like 5 windows, yet they treated me very well. 5 stars for great and quick products & services.

Crystal Windows helped my mom out when we had an issue. My mom doesn't exactly speak English and I was at work, yet they made her feel comfortable and reassured that they would get the job done. Check out their vinyl windows. Good quality & good price. Very customer oriented company. Saw them on Flipping Boston, checked out their showroom, liked them on FB & got a free mug.
Bad product quality. Even worse customer and warranty. Bought a new door and its glass shattered in cold weather. Company does not want to honor its warranty. Now have to go to court to fight with them.
